Professionalism

Each product offered was carefully selected for its own very specific purpose. At Image & Son, we are committed to ensuring that every product we recommend – be it a purchase, a rental or destined for a particular event – is the one best-suited to your wishes and needs.

Our products

We acquire all of our products, whether they are NEW, USED or DEMOs, from reputable suppliers that provide top-quality merchandise which meets our every expectation.

New: We apply the manufacturer’s warranty.

Used/Demo: A 30-day warranty is offered, given that these products were either used during our events or rented to clients.

Shipping

Purchases: Purchased products can be shipped to you by ground, with a carrier such as Purolator, UPS, etc. Note that applicable shipping charges will be billed, depending on the weight, size and number of items as well as the destination.

Rentals: Clients are responsible for the transportation of all rented equipment.

Events: Transportation costs will be determined based on the size of the event.

Reservations, cancellations, returns, exchanges and warranties

Full payment for rental equipment is required at the time of the reservation. A processing fee of $10 will also be charged in the case of new clients. (Please refer to the tab “Payment Options”).

Purchases: No changes can be made to product orders, nor can they be modified.

Rentals: Changes can be made to rental orders up until the moment products are picked up. Cancellations will not entitle the client to a refund, but the amount in question will be credited to the client’s account for a future rental or purchase.

Returns are only possible in the case of new items with a clear manufacturing defect. Products must be returned in their original packaging and will be tested in the client’s presence to confirm the defect in question.

A product may be exchanged for an equivalent item. A fee will be billed if the latter is superior to the original product; should it be of lesser value, the client’s account will be credited for a future rental or purchase.

Payment

Online store: All payments must be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

In store or by phone: Acceptable payment options for in-store purchases and telephone orders include debit card, Visa, MasterCard, cash or bank transfer.

Payments

Purchases made on our Web site can be paid for using the following payment methods:

Services

Services will be billed in full as soon as an order is received.

When you make a purchase on our Web site, you agree and acknowledge that you will provide a valid e-mail and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it may be deemed necessary. Should we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, you will be refunded the amount paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method.
